Overview
Paint is the cheapest part of a paint job. The hours go into filling, sanding, caulking, masking and priming — and that's the difference between a finish that looks sharp for a decade and one that telegraphs every flaw by next spring.
We work in occupied homes and operating commercial spaces, protect what we're not painting, and leave the site clean each day.

Priming
Spot or full prime depending on substrate and colour change — and stain-blocking primer over water marks, knots and nicotine, which topcoat alone never covers.
Protection
Floors covered, fixtures masked, furniture moved and sheeted. Cut lines are cut, not taped over and hoped for.
Product
Quality lines matched to the room — scrubbable finishes in kitchens and hallways, proper exterior systems that flex through freeze-thaw.

How many coats do you apply?
Two finish coats as standard over primer. Deep colour changes and raw substrates sometimes need a third — we'll say so in the quote, not on the invoice.
Can you paint my kitchen cabinets?
Yes. Doors come off, hardware comes out, everything is degreased, scuffed and sprayed with a cabinet-grade product. It's a multi-day job done properly.
When can exteriors be painted in Ontario?
Roughly May through early October, depending on overnight temperatures and dew. Most exterior products need surfaces above about 10°C and dry.
Do you do commercial work after hours?
Yes — retail and office interiors are often easiest to do evenings or weekends, and we schedule around your operation.
