Overview
Concrete is the part of a property people notice last and complain about first. A driveway that ponds water, a patio that heaves after one winter, front steps that pull away from the house — almost always a base or a mix problem, not a finishing problem.
We pour flatwork the way it should be done: excavate to depth, compact granular base in lifts, set forms true to the grades that move water away from the building, reinforce where the load calls for it, and finish for traction as well as looks.

Reinforcement
Rebar or mesh sized to the slab and its loading, chaired off the base rather than pulled up after the pour.
Drainage and grades
Every slab is set to fall away from the structure. Where a yard traps water, we solve it before the concrete goes in, not after.
Curing and control
Control joints cut on time and spaced to the slab, and curing protected so the surface gains strength instead of drying out.

Questions
Straight answers.
How long before I can use a new driveway?
You can usually walk on it after 24–48 hours. Keep vehicles off for a week, and heavy loads off for a month — concrete keeps gaining strength well past the point it feels hard.
Can you match an existing patio or walkway?
In most cases, yes — we match the pattern, joint layout and finish as closely as the original mix allows. Colour on an older slab will never be an exact match; we'll tell you that up front rather than after.
Do you repair concrete, or only replace it?
Both. Paving restoration and resurfacing make sense where the base is still sound. Where it isn't, patching just buys a season — we'll say so.
Do you salt-proof the surface?
We can seal decorative and stamped work, and we'll recommend a de-icer that won't chew up a new slab. Straight rock salt on first-winter concrete is the fastest way to ruin it.
